As a senior business leader, she has delivered transformational change and driven growth within a FTSE 250 company. In this role, she builds on her previous experience as a Pensions Fund Trustee and Church Council Trustee, continuing her commitment to strategic governance and public service.

Cathy Hinton is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3), and Freeman of the City of London, with over 30 years of experience in the Defence and Aerospace sector. Passionate about science and engineering, she applies her technical and commercial expertise to inspire others to enter the field.
