Kerissa leads research and innovation in frontier technologies to strengthen security, resilience and national capability. Previously, she delivered the £300 million UK Future Flight Challenge, advancing next-generation aviation technologies to enhance connectivity, accessibility, and social equity for underserved communities. A technical expert in integrated aerospace systems and eminent international speaker, she is recognised as one of the world’s most influential voices in future air mobility. She was awarded the prestigious Air League Founder’s Medal for the most meritorious achievement in British aviation in 2024.
